Mindfulness is about awareness and having the ability to live in the present moment. It is a mind-body centrered approach that helps people to be able to manage their feelings, thoughts and mental health.  Meditation has been around for centuries, and is one of the ways in which we can learn to be mindful.  Mindfulness is a psychosensory form of therapeutic practice, based on the mind and body. This approach can help people change the way they think and feel about experiences, especially those that are anxious or stressful. 


“Reiki” (ray-key) is Japanese for ‘universal life energy'. This gentle hands-on or hands-off, fully clothed technique is said to aid in stress reduction, induce deep relaxation, help people cope with difficulties, relieve emotional stress, and improve overall well-being, along with promoting natural healing. Reiki is a simple, natural and safe method of spiritual healing and self-improvement that everyone can use.  

Indian Head Massage

Indian head massage, also known as champissage, is a treatment that focuses on massaging acupressure points along the head, neck, and shoulders. It can aid in the reduction of headaches and improve physical well-being. It can also improve emotional and mental well-being too. A very accessible treatment, perfect for newcomers to massage and is usually done while seated and through light clothing.
